做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
