做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
