做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
