做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
