做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
