做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
