做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
