做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
