做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
