做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
