做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
