做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
