做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
