做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
