做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
