做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
