做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
