做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
