做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
