做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
