做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
