做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
