做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
