做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
