做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
