做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
