做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
