做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
