做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
