做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
