做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
