做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
