做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
