做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
