做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
